More About Me

Business Philosophy

Ever since my husband and I purchased our first home in 1995, I wanted to become a realtor. This was mostly because I knew I could do a better job than our realtor had done for us at that time. My business philosophy is simple - treat my customers as I would want to be treated. I strive to be on top of the market and relay this information to my clients, be available, be a good listener, be diligent and meticulous, and always be honest and ethical.

Education and Training

After graduating from Villanova University, I worked for four years as a commercial real estate appraiser for Moran Associates in Stamford, CT. Subsequently, I worked for Mutual of New York and Nomura Securities in New York City as a real estate asset manager and analyst where I was responsible for the management of multi-million dollar investments including foreclosed properties, new construction projects, first mortgage loans, and equity investments. I completed the real estate licensing requirements for the State of Connecticut in the spring of 2004. I have been a realtor at Coldwell Banker's Madison office since 2007.

Community Involvement

Upon moving back to my hometown of Madison in 2002, I immediately became involved in the Madison Newcomer's Club and served as its president in 2004. After being forced to retire from volunteering at my children's schools and cheering on their athletic endeavors when they both moved on to college, my free time is now used to garden and play tennis, or enjoy the beach. I also volunteer for the Madison Food Pantry and look forward to giving more of my time to raising money and awareness for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).

Personal Background

As a child my family moved often with my father's career in sales for Hubbell which is headquartered Connecticut. In 1978, my family finally settled in Madison and they have been here ever since. My husband and I started our lives together living in Darien, CT and worked in New York City for many years. After the birth of our first child, we decided to move back to my hometown (Madison) to raise our family. In 2006, my husband made a major career change and now owns and operates an amazing children's summer camp in Washington, Maine known as Camp Medolark.
